Before you subscribe

How does the free trial work?

Pro and Business each come with a 7-day free trial, started from Settings → Billing. No payment is taken to start one. When it ends, your workspace goes back to Free unless you subscribe.

Who is the seller, and how is tax handled?

Payments from outside Nigeria are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle sells the subscription to you, calculates and collects sales tax or VAT where it applies, and sends your receipt. Customers in Nigeria can pay in naira through Paystack from the same Billing page.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel?

Yes. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your plan stays on for a 7-day grace period while the payment is retried. If it still fails, the workspace returns to Free.
