Improvement
More reliable error alerts, and Developer settings that explain themselves
When an error is sent to Asire from your app or website, you should hear about it. This update fixes two ways an alert could go missing, and makes the Developer settings easier to find.
Alerts that don't get lost
- Failed emails are retried. If an alert email couldn't be sent the first time, the retry was being skipped by the limit that keeps a burst of errors from flooding your inbox. Retries now go through.
- The owner is always notified. Workspace owners now receive error alerts even if their membership record is missing or has a different role.
Developer settings are easier to find
Developer now always appears in Settings. If developer mode is off, the page explains what it adds (ingestion keys, report links and the Crashes tab on projects) and gives you a button to turn it on.
Turning developer mode off only hides these screens in your browser. Your ingestion keys, report links and alerts keep working. Developer mode is available on premium workspaces, to owners and admins.
