Four tools, one tab.
Most teams run a project board, a chat app, a video tool and a password manager side by side, then spend the day copying links between them. Asire puts all four in one workspace, with one set of permissions and one bill.
| What your team needs | With separate tools | With Asire |
|---|---|---|
| Projects and tasks | A board or project app | Kanban, list and timeline views with subtasks, priorities and due dates |
| Team chat | A separate chat app, linked by pasting task URLs | Project chats, group and 1:1 chats next to the tasks they're about |
| Voice and video calls | A video app, with meeting links sent in chat | Calls up to 1080p started from any conversation |
| API keys and .env files | A password manager, or pasted into chat | Zero-knowledge vault encrypted in your browser, shared per project |
| AI assistants | Copy and paste between the assistant and your tools | Built-in MCP server: Claude and other assistants work with your tasks under your permissions |
| Error reports from your app | A separate issue-tracking service | Issue reporting on Pro and Business, in the same workspace |
| Who can see what | Set up again in every tool | One set of roles: Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer |
| Billing | One subscription per tool, per seat | Free for up to 10 members; Pro from $5 a month per workspace |
Asire is a good fit if
- Small and mid-sized teams who want work and conversation in the same place.
- Software teams that share API keys and
.envfiles and want them out of chat history. - Teams already using Claude or another MCP assistant who want it to read and update tasks.
It's not the right fit (yet) if
- You need a calendar view. Asire has board, list and timeline views; calendar isn't built yet.
- You need native phone apps from the App Store or Google Play. Asire runs on the web and on Windows and macOS today.
- You need to import years of history from another tool. There's no importer yet, though inviting a team by email takes a minute.
