Workspace tools shouldn't keep you guessing about storage limits or crowd your screen with endless buttons. Today's update brings clear 5 GB storage usage gauges, real-time file tracking across project overviews, and a decluttered header experience.
5 GB Workspace Storage & Real-Time Awareness
Every workspace includes 5 GB of free file storage per workspace. You only pay when your projects exceed 5 or workspaces exceed 3.
- Project Overview: Check attached file counts, storage consumption, and remaining workspace quota directly in the Project Overview modal and project board toolbar.
- Chat Details: Monitor shared attachments, documents, and overall quota from the dedicated Files tab.
- Workspace Settings: Track plan tier, bytes used, and available headroom with dynamic visual progress bars and limit alerts.
Decluttered Project Actions
We streamlined project action bars to focus on what you use most: quick access to your team member avatar stack, direct project chat, and instant task creation (+). Secondary actions like teammate onboarding, member refreshing, and project overviews are tucked neatly behind the More (...) menu.
Universal Linking & Clean Surfaces
Invitation links now route through universal deep linking so new team members open natively in iOS, Android, or desktop web. We've also polished the UI surfaces to eliminate muddy off-white tones across chat, modals, and settings for a clean, distraction-free finish.
